Complex projects require innovative solutions and sophisticated approaches to minimize cost and maximize cost recovery. I have extensive experience working at sites with multiple parties often under tortuously complicated regulatory requirements, challenging allocation issues, and active insurance coverage litigation. I'm adept at helping PRPs (and PRP groups) develop effective strategies for managing sites where diverse perspectives and seemingly adverse objectives prevent measurable progress. I also have considerable experience in communicating project information to the general public, media, Community Advisory Groups, and elected officials (local and congressional).
